With 10 seats (including the driver’s seat), it can accommodate up to 9 passengers and approximately 8 pieces of luggage. Unlike the Toyota Commuter, the Hiace Grand Cabin has no extra rear seats, providing larger luggage space at the back—perfect for travelers with big suitcases.

• How will I find my driver when I arrive at the airport?
  A: Before your flight lands, we'll set up a WhatsApp group connecting you directly with your assigned driver. Once you've landed and cleared customs, your driver will send you real-time guidance to the closest pickup point. Need a name board greeting? Just let us know when you book and we'll arrange it.
• My flight is running late — will my pickup still be waiting?
  A: Absolutely. We keep a close eye on live flight data, so we'll always know when your plane touches down. If your arrival is delayed, we automatically push back your pickup time at no extra cost, as long as it falls within our standard complimentary waiting window.
• What's the passenger and luggage capacity of a Toyota Hiace?
  A: The spacious Hiace is built for bigger groups — it can handle up to 9 passengers along with 9 full-sized suitcases without feeling cramped.
• Will I be charged extra for tolls or if my pickup runs over time?
  A: Your quoted price is all-inclusive — tolls, fuel, and driver fees are already covered. You'll enjoy a complimentary waiting period of 90 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. Should the wait extend beyond that, a fee of 2,500 JPY per additional 30 minutes will apply.
• What hours do you operate? Is there an extra fee for late-night pickups?
  A: Our regular service runs from 06:00 to 22:00. Pickups requested outside of those hours are still available, but a late-night surcharge may be added to your fare. We recommend booking in advance so we can confirm availability and pricing.
• How long is the drive from Narita or Haneda Airport to central Tokyo?
  A: From Narita, expect a journey of around 60 to 90 minutes into the city. Coming from Haneda, it's a quicker trip — typically 30 to 45 minutes. Keep in mind that traffic, especially during rush hour, can affect these estimates.
• Can the driver communicate in English?
  A: Most of our drivers have limited English proficiency and rely on a translation app to communicate with international guests. That said, you're never on your own — our customer support team is available via WhatsApp throughout your entire journey, ready to step in and help whenever needed.
