    A: The rate covers driver service, fuel, and highway tolls (for routes outside the city). No hidden fees apply within the booked duration.

    A: Yes, if the driver needs to stay overnight outside the city, an additional fee of 10,000 JPY will be applied to cover accommodation and meals.
  • What are your operating hours?

    Our family of 5 booked the Toyota Alphard with Hire Car Japan to explore Lake Toya and Noboribetsu in Hokkaido — the best day of our whole trip! The Alphard was super spacious and comfortable even with the longer Hokkaido distances. Lake Toya was absolutely breathtaking and the hell valley at Noboribetsu was spectacular — topped it off with a hot spring soak! Driver Mr Zhang spoke Mandarin and a little English, perfect for our Malaysian Chinese family, and he shared helpful tips along the way. Rin was also quick to respond to all our booking enquiries. Highly recommend to Malaysians visiting Hokkaido!
