    A: Absolutely. We keep a close eye on live flight data, so we'll always know when your plane touches down. If your arrival is delayed, we automatically push back your pickup time at no extra cost, as long as it falls within our standard complimentary waiting window.
  • What's the passenger and luggage capacity of a Toyota Hiace?
    A: The spacious Hiace is built for bigger groups — it can handle up to 9 passengers along with 9 full-sized suitcases without feeling cramped.
  • Will I be charged extra for tolls or if my pickup runs over time?
    A: Your quoted price is all-inclusive — tolls, fuel, and driver fees are already covered. You'll enjoy a complimentary waiting period of 90 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. Should the wait extend beyond that, a fee of 2,500 JPY per additional 30 minutes will apply.
  • What hours do you operate? Is there an extra fee for late-night pickups?
    A: Our regular service runs from 06:00 to 22:00. Pickups requested outside of those hours are still available, but a late-night surcharge may be added to your fare. We recommend booking in advance so we can confirm availability and pricing.
  • How long is the drive from Kansai or Itami Airport to Kyoto?
    A: From Kansai International Airport (KIX), the drive to Kyoto typically takes 90 to 120 minutes. Opting for Itami Airport (ITM) cuts the trip significantly — plan for around 50 to 70 minutes based on traffic.
