A: Your quoted price is all-inclusive — tolls, fuel, and driver fees are already covered. You'll enjoy a complimentary waiting period of 90 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. Should the wait extend beyond that, a fee of 2,500 JPY per additional 30 minutes will apply.

What hours do you operate? Is there an extra fee for late-night pickups?
A: Our regular service runs from 06:00 to 22:00. Pickups requested outside of those hours are still available, but a late-night surcharge may be added to your fare. We recommend booking in advance so we can confirm availability and pricing.

How long is the drive from Kansai or Itami Airport to central Osaka?
A: Traveling from Kansai International Airport (KIX), the ride to Osaka city center usually takes between 50 and 70 minutes. From Itami Airport (ITM), you'll arrive much sooner — roughly 20 to 30 minutes depending on road conditions.
